"Friendship" is an upcoming Indian Tamil-language romantic sports comedy directed by John Paul Raj and Sham Surya. The movie stars Habajan Singh, Arjun, Loslia and Satish took the lead. The film marked the first appearance of former Indian international cricket player Singh and Sri Lanka news anchor Loshlia. The film will be dubbed in Hindi, Kannada and Telugu.
After playing for the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Super League, Habajan became popular in Tamil Nadu and was chosen as the main protagonist. He often interacted with Tamil audiences while playing for CSK, apparently playing a college student from Punjab in the film.
